Charter Airways
Charter Airways Ltd. is an Australian virtual airline founded in 2011 by Ryan Springer. The airline currently only serves one route using a Boeing 737-800 leased from European United Airlines.

The need for another competitor in the Australian VA market has been around since mid 2010. This airline was created to compete with other carriers on the YSSY-YMML route; the busiest air route in Australia.

Charter Airways currently operates just one aircraft; registration PH-LHE, a Boeing 737-800, leased from European United Airlines. The airline currently has 5 back orders for the Embraer E190, so it can enter the Sydney to Canberra market. They also have the option of leasing 2 Boeing 747-400s, to help them enter the international market.
