Spacing
Hi. Could the spacing between each row of links be reduced, please? Right now, in my browser (Firefox) on a 1152 by 864 screen, there's no sign of the (top of) the "Featured article" box, so I didn't realise at first that it was there.
Also, the dots between each link -- apart from those along the "About the FSA wiki", "Help" etc row -- are almost invisible here. Could they be made more visible, please, like those in the "About the FSA wiki row"?
